Welcome to the Call for Speakers for Contact Center Expo 2024!

ICMI’s Contact Center Expo is truly different, providing a level of value to senior contact center, customer service, and customer experience professionals that can't be found at any other event. Intentionally designed to be outcome-oriented, interactive, and grounded in real-world practicality, we ask that session proposals conform to the guidance and guidelines in the Speaker Toolkit.

The submission deadline is midnight ET on April 5, 2024.

We hope you’ll consider submitting a proposal for consideration, and we look forward to reviewing your submission. You will be contacted via email no later than mid-May with your proposal status. If you have any problems with the portal, please contact Kenna Beaver ([email protected]).
